1. General Provisions

1.1. The Moje Zlato website (hereinafter: the website) is intended to provide information on the possibilities of purchasing investment gold and to redirect users to the official website of the gold supplier, TGI AG, based in Liechtenstein (hereinafter: the supplier).
1.2. By using the website and completing registration, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Service and fully accept them.

2. Offer and Product Information

2.1. The website provides information on investment gold, including its forms, purity, standards, and tax treatment.
2.2. Investment gold is a standardized form of gold intended for long-term financial saving and asset protection.
2.3. All products offered by the supplier comply with the LBMA Good Delivery standard, have a minimum purity of 999.9/1000, and include a certificate and an individual serial number ensuring authenticity and traceability.
2.4. The purchase of investment gold is exempt from value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with European Union legislation.

3. Purchase Process

3.1. The purchase of investment gold is carried out directly through the supplier’s online interface.
3.2. The gold is delivered to the user by registered mail or may be collected in person at a location in Austria.
3.3. The standard delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks from order confirmation.
3.4. Long-term investment plans (36 months) are also available, offering a monthly 2% credit to the user’s online account.

4. Registration and User Account

4.1. Registration on the supplier’s website is required to purchase gold.
4.2. The user accesses the supplier’s online interface via a link that already includes a unique encoded identification component (Moje Zlato / Gold-Online code). The code is already active within the link and is not generated by the user.
4.3. The user is responsible for safeguarding access to the online interface and all information obtained through the link.

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. The prices of investment gold are determined by the supplier and may change daily based on global gold market values.
5.2. Payment is made through secure payment systems provided by the supplier.
5.3. The Moje Zlato website assumes no responsibility for any price changes or transaction conditions set by the supplier.

6. Liability

6.1. The website operates as an informational portal and intermediary and therefore is not responsible for the direct sale or delivery of gold.
6.2. All risks related to investing in gold are borne exclusively by the user.
6.3. The website is not liable for any errors, technical disruptions, or interruptions in the operation of the supplier’s online interface.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. The Moje Zlato website processes users’ personal data in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes between the user and the website are governed by Slovenian law.
